Michael Rada | President and Project Father of IBCSD LAB s.r.o. | Founder and Leader of INDUSTRY 5.0 | Czech Republic

Since the beginning of operations INDUSTRY 5.0 and INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING prevented already more than one million tons of products to become waste. Mr. Rada is not only an inventor, he develops, implements, and shares his knowledge through education Worldwide to fulfill his aim to build WASTELESS WORLD. Since October 14, 2020, Mr. Rada starts to build INDUSTRY 5.0 AMBASSADORS NETWORK, which reached in June 2022 the size of 102 members giving access to the tools of systematic waste prevention to more than 85% of the global human population.
Mr. Rada named INDUSTRY 5.0 the FIRST INDUSTRIAL EVOLUTION EVER LED BY MAN (HUMAN).
Despite the fact that his personal business experience and career started as a blue-collar worker in a steel factory it finished (before entering his own business) in the senior management of the European logistics division of the second-largest Japanese corporation. Most of his business life is connected with logistics which resulted in close cooperation with LOGISTICS ACADEMY in the Czech Republic where he educates business leaders in the topics of LOGISTICS INNOVATIONS, GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN EFFICIENCY and SUSTAINABILITY.
Mr.Rada is the author of more than 3.000 articles, blogger, and networker and was rewarded BEST WASTE PREVENTION COMPANY in 2016, CEO OF THE YEAR 2018 WASTE PREVENTION, BEST INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING COMPANY 2018, and WASTE PREVENTION PROJECT INNOVATORS OF THE YEAR 2020, BEST IN INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING 2020 and he is nominated CEO OF THE YEAR 2021: WASTE PREVENTION & MOST OUTSTANDING INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING COMPANY 2021. Guillaume (岳文龙) Huet | Head of Partnerships & Sustainability | GoImpact Capital Partners, Hong Kong

Guillaume is a seasoned financial transformation consultant with a broad range of experience covering insurance, capital markets, retail or commercial banking in Asia, Europe and Africa.

He has been involved in large transformation projects from IT system migrations to re-organizations and has supported the implementation of the ever-increasing range of regulations related to ESG.

With over 15 years of experience, he has developed an edge in Data management and analytics with a deep understanding of data governance and architecture in large organizations. He will share his thoughts and experience on resilience as applied to supply chain management.

Cveta Majtanovic | Sustainability Director of Innovando | Italy

Cveta Majtanovic is a Sustainability Director of an innovative SME Innovando, active in delivering cross-sectoral waste management physical (collection, treatment) and digital (traceability) solutions. She is responsible for strengthening the ESG approach across all 4 business units, namely, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Compliance Service, Waste Management, Alternative Fuels, and Take-Back Schemes. Within the spinoff company Rubber Conversion where she works as a Chief Sustainability Officer, Cveta received a prestigious Keynes Sraffa Award on behalf of this disruptive rubber devulcanization technology company whose mission is to create a sustainable future for the global rubber market, by recovering End-of-Life rubber-derived materials in an environmentally sound manner. She contributes to the company’s aim to widespread the implementation of high-quality alternatives and sustainable rubber substitutes across the tire and general rubber goods industry. Cveta sees a technology-enabled supply chain sustainability as a reinforcing factor that will strengthen the efficiency in the use of this critical raw material (Natural Rubber). Majtanovic is a Member of the Board of Directors of the UN Global Compact – Network Italy, the largest social responsibility network in the world. Apart from this, she is engaged on a freelance basis as a mentor within the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia and as a Lecturer at the University of Trento. Majtanovic is an industrial engineer and a psychologist, holding a double-degree PhD in Computer Science.
